Had a great meal here with the family last week. Our waiter's name was Adrian and he provided outstanding service to our table. The food was delicious and the employees were very friendly. We love their white cheese sauce and salsa as well.

First time at this establishment. Went for drinks with friends. Fantastic Mango Mojito! The cheese dip they serve with chips is also great. The salsa with the chips is average. I also had the happy hour street tacos. The best of the 3 different types was Carnitas. Although the very small corn tortilla you can eat in 2 bites, the taco has tremendous flavors. The tacos consists of meat, onions, cilantro and salsa. The carne asada taco lacks flavors and the adobada taco has way too much fat. I will definitely go again and order different menu items to see how the dinning experience is. The staff is very nice.

Horrible service! FOOD is not fresh! Calamari and appetizer was all clumped together like it had been frozen and dumped into a fryer. They are literally stealing your money. Server with bushy eyebrows never smiled and the manager came up to our table more than our server did. I regret even tipping her. I ordered a beer. Took 10 minutes for her to tell me they were out and then she suggested another one and TOOK TEN MINUTES AGAIN TO TELL ME THEY WERE OUT OF THAT TOO. Finally, I got something they had in stock and that took another 15 minutes. People who sat down after us got served their drinks before we did. They need to hire some competent employees.

Everything is homemade. This place is great! I had the Tomollies the refried beans was the 💣 BOOM

I come cere at least twice. A month. The food is amazing and most the staff are too.

The jalapeño cream sauce is my daughters and mine come back secret. The servers are on top of the game. Fast, fun and friendly.

Really good Mexican food, you should definitely go there if you're craving some good Mexican food

Better than average Mexican food restaurant. I personally like the jalapeño white sauce they give you with the tortilla chips. They do their own corn tortillas and their rotisserie chicken is great.

Great authentic Mexican food. Very nice atmosphere and very friendly service. Very nice varied menu with everything from tacos, to enchiladas, to other specialty items. All fresh and authentic. Would visit again for sure.

Great experience! The staff was helpful and it was not busy. We were able to sit immediately and start drinking! Good times with good people.

Miguel's is my go-to for party appetizers. The Jalapeno White Sauce & chips is always a hit, and the appetizer plates are gone in a flash. Highly recommended for take-out as well as a sit down meal.

Got the swordfish tacos and don't regret it.

There are a few things that this place does well, complementary chips and dip (their cheese dip is made out of Angel breast milk is so good!), full bar that make generous margaritas, and a few dishes. And for Chula vista, this is probably the best Mexican sit down restaurant (thus the 4 star rating). But if compared with others of its calibre and price, it is not all that great. If tasty Mexican food is what you are looking for then there are a few other tasty Mexican choices. But if you want that Mexican food in a nicer sitdown restaurant, this is the place to go within that area.

Went here for my birthday dinner with my family last week. Food was good, lighting was a bit dark for me. Not too busy usually when we go. They do have a small bar and a nice outdoor patio area. Cool for families with babies. A great authentic Mexican theme with great chips and jalapeño cheese dip.

This is the best authentic Mexican food with the best flavor and richness that I have ever have, the Eastlake location gives better portions tho.

The food was excellent. I had the swordfish tacos. It was a little lite with the ranch dressing but other than that it was fantastic.

Best thing about this restaurant is the cheese dip you get with the chips and salsa. The entree is good, but nothing extremely special.

Excellent brunch sausage, eggs, bacon, egg and beef, fresh salsa and guacamole, unlimited chips and salsa. Service was great. Never had to ask for a coke refill.

Visiting my mom from Texas and we wanted Mexican food. Came to Miguel's because of the reviews. I enjoyed the food and the drinks. Wish the queso tasted a bit better but it wasn't horrible. Would recommend.

Kate the bartender was great! My family and I came in and she was perfect. Her kind demeanor, relatability, and astute candor have assured that I will be coming back many times. She made time to talk to us and be social, and that makes a world of difference in the service industry. Very happy!

Highly recommend their brunch menu on the weekend. I've tried the chilaquiles and carne asada plate. Both were excellent and met my standards. Their salsa is also delicious so give that a try! Cheese dip is awesome too...

Awful service in the bar , sat there for 20 mins even asked a employee if we could order drinks and she said yes the bar tender will be with us soon... After 20mins ? Then watched the bartender take orders of people who just sat down .... Walked out without ordering anything

We love to come to Miguel's. Had a problem with kitchen making Chicken instead of the beef we ordered, but they were quick to fix and got it with little waiting. Staff very nice and of course the food is always good. The cheese sauce with chips is ALWAYS great.The deal they have this month on gift cards is also great. But $100 gift card, and get $25 card FREE. You can use the $100 card the same day you're there. Great deal!

I came below for lunch with my MIL as well as my daughter.Overall had an excellent experience the only drawback was they were out of something she wanted so she was a little bummed.I had a raspberry mojito and it was actually great! The food was truly great as well as they offered huge portions.Staff was very friendly, hostesses were grinning as well as helped me with accommodating my one year old.

Absolutely delicious, wonderful atmosphere. We go often. There cheese dip is YUMMY.

The brisket torta is amazing

It was too quite and very little people here for lunch. Makes you wonder why. The food was good and the service was fine. Just was missing something today.

Bummer that happy hour doesn’t pertain to Easter Day lunch out here at my favorite restaurant in Eastlake! 😧
